What is TrustNPS
TrustNPS is a verified NPS database for businesses, published by Product VISTA. It asks a 0 to 10 recommend question only of people a connected Shopify or Stripe account shows as having paid. The merchant does not choose who is asked and cannot edit the score. A public score appears after 30 answers in a rolling 90 day window, together with the sample size and the response rate. No email provider is engaged yet. The provider will be named on the subprocessors page before any email is sent.
Free is 0 EUR: a public verified score, a leaderboard listing, 50 automatic survey emails per month, an unlimited survey link and QR code, badge and share cards that say Verified by TrustNPS, your rank and the category average, one anonymized competitor note, the comment count and the last 3 comments, 30 day history, and 1 store. Every response received is kept. Responses are not capped. Pro is 29 EUR per month excl. VAT, or 290 EUR per year excl. VAT (2 months free): unlimited automatic surveys and reminders (fair use about 5,000 per month), badge and cards without TrustNPS branding, 5 named competitors with overtake alerts, all comments, an alert on every detractor, full history, CSV export, and up to 3 stores. Webhooks, Klaviyo, Slack, comment replies, and badge colors are coming soon. The founder offer is 19 EUR per month for life, or 190 EUR per year, excl. VAT, limited to the first 50 merchants, with the same features as Pro. A new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card, then Free. Paid plans are sold only to businesses. The service is not offered to consumers.
