Delighted alternative
NPS from people who paid, not from a list you uploaded.
Delighted is a survey product. You point it at contacts. That is useful, and it is also how a score can include people who never bought. TrustNPS is built first for online stores. Shopify tells us who paid and when the order was delivered. We send the survey. The number on your site is the number we computed.
