Who can buy
Last updated 31 October 2026.
Paid plans and sponsor slots are sold only to businesses. The service is not offered to consumers.
Checkout asks you to confirm that you are buying for a business. If that box is not checked, or if you are a private individual, we refuse the purchase.
Plans
Free is 0 EUR, with 50 survey emails a month and a badge. Starter is 19 EUR a month. Growth is 49 EUR a month. Pro is 149 EUR a month. An annual plan is billed as 10 months of the monthly price, which is 2 months free. Founding member is 499 EUR once for Pro limits, while that offer is open.
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin, Ireland) processes the payment for Product VISTA. Stripe does not set your NPS.
Sponsor slots
A sponsor slot is an advertisement. The price shown on the pricing page is the price charged. It increases automatically every 48 hours. At most 5 slots run at once. The slot goes live when Stripe confirms payment. No one approves the wording by hand, and the advertisement does not change any score or rank.
We can refuse or remove a slot that is unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to the label Advertisement.
Scores
TrustNPS computes the score from survey answers. You cannot edit it. You can hide a comment. Hiding a comment does not change the score.
You must attest that you have a lawful basis before any survey is sent. We email only people the payment provider reports as paying customers, at most one survey and one reminder per order.
Liability and law
The service is provided with reasonable care. We do not promise a particular NPS or a particular amount of traffic. Our liability for a paid plan is limited to the fees you paid for that plan in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit (including death, personal injury, or fraud).
For business customers, the contract is governed by French law and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
